Medical device marketing tends to look like medical device marketing — clinical, careful, and a little cold. The brief here was the opposite: show the device where it actually lives — on people, in the middle of their day, not held up to the camera.

We cast six models across multiple demographics, and the brand included two real patients living with diabetes and minor talent. Casting people who actually wear the device changes what the images can carry — the way it sits, how it's handled, how little attention it gets in an ordinary moment.

Beta Bionics — Medical Device Lifestyle Campaign

Production Scope:

Creative direction · Model casting · Prop design · Wardrobe styling · Location scouting · On-set production management · Lifestyle photography · Video · Post-production and delivery

I handled creative direction, casting, prop design, wardrobe styling, and on-set production management end to end, and delivered photography and video from the same production — one asset library engineered for paid social, website, email, print collateral, and trade show environments. Beta Bionics' marketing and creative team flew down from San Francisco to be on set and we accomplished an ambitious shot list in a single production day.

USAGE:
Print, Trade Shows, Web/Digital, Paid Ad

Eight talent across multiple demographics, including two people living with diabetes and minor talent — cast to reflect the range of people who actually use the device.
